Monday in Brunswick – Beginners

Starting Monday 24th April and running for 8 consecutive weeks!

The perfect class for complete beginners. Learn how to get that hoop spinning AND how to dance and get funky while spinning a hoop! You’ll also learn some fancy tricks to show off to your friends, all while getting a great workout.

Classes all taught by experienced and talented teacher and performer, Jane Fondle.

We cover the basics, moving the hoop up and down your body, isolations, transitions, finding your own groove with the hoop and so much more!

This is a class for all levels, no experience necessary.  All hoops are provided and hoops are also available for sale so you can have your very own in your favourite colours.

$180/ $170 concession
Casual class: $25. Only available if there are spaces- call to check on the day. Class is likely to fill. Numbers limited to maximise the amount of 1-on-1 time for YOU!
