Starting Thursday 20th April and running for 8 consecutive weeks!Learn how to get that hoop spinning AND how to dance and get funky while spinning a hoop! You’ll also learn loads of fancy tricks to show off to your friends, all while getting a great workout. This is a mixed level class, from complete beginners to those with more experience.
Classes all taught by experienced and talented teachers and performers, Jane Fondle and Punky Hoopster. With our 2 fabulous teachers, we’re able to cater to different levels in the class to make it both easy enough and challenging enough for everyone.
We cover the basics, moving the hoop up and down your body, isolations, transitions, finding your own groove with the hoop and so much more! We’ll also learn a funky hoop dance choreography- FUN!
This is a class for all levels, no experience necessary. All hoops are provided and hoops are also available for sale so you can have your very own in your favourite colours.
