This Beginner hula hoop workshop will kick-start your hoop dance journey!!
We will cover foundational and cutting-edge innovative moves, and learn a hoop dance choreography to get that hoop spinning up the sparkle.
The workshop will take place via Zoom so you will be able to see and hear me and I will be able to see and hear you!
Register and you will receive an email a few hours before the class is due to start with the Zoom link 🙂
Here’s what to expect:
>>> Foundational moves
>>> Combo/s to kick start your hoop dance
>>> On-body hooping (waist & neck)
>>> Off body tricks: isolations, mandala, weave, hand spin, barrel roll
Using group and individual instruction, choreography and practise, this session is suitable for beginners of all ages, shapes and abilities.
How it works:
- Once you book in, you will receive a confirmation email.
- A few hours before the class is due to start you will be emailed the Zoom link (check your Spam folder if you don’t get the email straight away).
- Click the link and get Zoom set up on your device so you are ready for the event
- Login and get set up 5 minutes before the event is due to start
